A new sales centre has opened, landscaping is underway and work has begun on the Battle of the Builders display village at the Devine Pakenham community of Cardinia Grove. The landscaping includes both the estate’s entry statement and work around Pakenham Creek. The new sales centre, staffed seven days a week, provides opportunity for potential homebuyers to talk to Devine staff and inspect land, and consider available home and land packages. Cardinia Grove is also the setting of Victoria’s first Battle of the Builders, a Devine initiative that has the co-operation of some of the State’s most prominent residential builders. They are constructing a display village that is expected to become a must-see one-stop destination for people wanting to compare styles, quality and value. Various stage activities continue at Cardinia Grove. Asphalting is expected to begin soon in stage 2, and a culvert crossing of Pakenham Creek is now complete. Stage 3 electrical reticulations and kerbing and channelling are also now complete while drainage works are finished for Stage 4.
