Work has now been completed on the Cardinia Grove entry statement, a tribute to Pakenham’s historical roots, and to the style and quality of this new Devine community. It features various motifs depicting European settlement that began in the 1830s and to the subsequent horticultural importance of the area. Stages 1, 2 and 3 of the new development are now registered and stage 4 is due for registration in early July. Of 191 lots, 136 have now been sold and site works continue such as plantings of Pakenham Creek and fencing along Pakenham Road, which is 85% complete. Work is underway on Devine’s three display homes. Kitchens have been installed, tiling is now under way and landscaping is also in progress. Visit us at our land sales & information centre
